Who subscribes to Vintage Truck Magazine and what do you think of it?

I have been a subscriber for about 10 years and I believe it is a good product. They mostly cover original unrestored vehicles and restorations but don't seem to have a problem with some modifications.

Probably the best "enthusiast" magazine for old trucks.

I have had a subscription for over 25 years (it started in 1993).
I am getting used to see more 60s and 70s trucks covered.

Started subscribing to it when it was still "This Old Truck" magazine over 25 years ago.

Even had a few of my trucks featured in it back in the mid 90's.

It was a great source of information years ago before anyone had computers but.... now the internet has rendered this print magazine obsolete.

The content has morphed into trucks & commercial vehicles that I have no interest in.

Sorry to say, I will not be renewing my subscription.

Thanks for the memory jog, MT.

I remember This Old Truck. This Old House (PBS) made them change the name. I had a subscription to them. So, I must have had a subscription to Vintage Truck from its beginning.

When I failed to renew my subscription this year, they made an offer I could not refuse.

I have had a subscription to it for many years, even back when it was this old truck. I love it & look forward to it coming. I just renewed it for 2 more years & that's pretty good for an old man that doesn't even buy green bananas or fill his truck up with gas.

They say money can't buy happiness. It can buy old Chevy trucks though. Same thing.

I thought their issue with the massive virtual truck show was pretty special. I find they cover some makes from the very early days that most of us have never heard of and I appreciate that. For some reason I usually let my subscription lapse and then renew every year.

I also started getting it when it was still "This Old Truck". They have a lot of interesting articles about trucks of all brands. I really enjoy it.

I have subscribed to it for a number of years as well as antique power a sister magazine about old tractors. It mostly covers American made trucks which is what I am interested in. I and look forward to it and read it from cover to cover.

I was a long time subscriber, back when it was "This old truck, back in 1995. After 15 years they mixed up my subscription payment. It took them three months to figure it out. I decided at that time if you can't figure out how to handle my payment, then I don't need to be your customer. At the time they were in the process of outsourcing their billing and things got mixed up. I haven't missed it, with the internet being as strong as it is. I saw a copy recently and wasn't all that impressed.

I've had a subscription for about 10 years now and look forward to each month. I had a subscription to Classic Truck as well but let it lapse, just wasn't what I wanted to read anymore. They had changed their format and wanted everyone to go digital, I like being able to just sit down and read without having be online.

Thanks guys based on the favorable comments I'm going to try a one-year subscription, old-fashioned hard copy version.

I subscribed for many years. They often highlight a truck that is interesting and unique - the past month issue they had an International that had the "cool" 70s interior. That brought back memories. They have a good balance between makes and years.

I remember when it was a newsprint publication called "Points and Plugs" or was it "Plugs and Points". I enjoy reading Vintage Truck cover to cover.

I should probably go online and see if I can get some way back issues. I came across a site called Inline International, has anyone seen it? Doc.
