I really got motivated on my truck from this site and decided to do the s10 frame swap on my 52. It has been about a year but there was a lot of sheetmetal work that needed to be done. I had to replace the fire wall, the floors, all the cowl panels and the inner cab corners. Well I am just about done. I still have some things left to do but, I am driving it now. The motor is a Tune port injected 305 with a 700 r4 trans. It runs great. I have a '51 GMC Panel that I am considering this idea for. i already have an S-10 rolling chassis (reg cab, long box) and am picking up the 4WD rear end for $100 shortly.
Pointers ? Pitfalls, etc.?

Thanks For the brackets I made my own. I didn't think the AD engineering kit was worth it. It wasn't to difficult. Pointers I am not sure. Hopefully some one can give you a hand . I had to set it up and do everything by myself. It was darn tough. Make sure you get it lined up correctly in the wheel wells. On mine the rear wheels sit a little to far back in the fenders. I didn't have any wheels on it when I lined it up for a look. By the time I realized what I did it was all welded and painted. I know a lot of people are using different radiators also. I used the radiator for the ad truck. You just have to kick the bottom of the radiator out to clear the steering box.
