Is there a special bellhousing that will let you bolt a 62 or later engine to the origional 3sp? Will a 60s truck bellhousing work with the stock clutch pedal and linkage? Will a granny low truck 4 sp bolt to the stock 235 3sp bellhousing? still trying to figure it out please help if you can. Thanks | | |

There are bell-housings that will allow you to mount the `63 and later inline engines to the tranny you have.(some alteration may be needed on the linkage depending on which housing you use and which clutch you use. The SM420 4-speed tranny will bolt up to the housing you have.
