I thought perhaps that was the case, but if that's been modified then I want the name of the bodyman because those gauge holes are absolutely seamless.
My guess (and it’s just that) is the dash is not original to the cab. Just what it’s out of I don’t have a clue.ðŸ›

It is a typical Chevy/GMC dash. I see the "shadow" of the radio cutout patch. The only thing different about the rectangular cutouts is a "kick out" on far left just before the two gauge holes. That is owner modification. Used a portion of the original vertical side as the side of the kick out. The aftermarket dashes don't seem to be like original, although they say they are. There is no separate ash tray cutout. I'm not an AD guy. The gauge holes have had a plate added for some other gauges.

Look carefully behind gauge holes and radio area to see signs of welding, etc. Unless this is just some picture you found. There are folks who can do that kind of work for sure. Some on here. If he used a radio delete plate, that part was easy. On the gauge holes, it's mostly a flat round plate welded into a hole. And the rectangular has already been explained.

We modify or replace dashes all the time. It's an easy mod and been doing some of all brands to make the GPS speedometers look factory installed (no longer use cable or electric speedos). Range from mild like a "Frenched" modern radio into an AD pickup:
