Would this be a simple bolt in or what needs to be done?

Same bolt pattern and same length.
I think it should bolt right in.

Dave,

What about the lugs on the driver's side of the trans case that the pedal assembly casting bolts to? Are they correctly located for the '35 Pickup parts? My PU is a '36 so it is different from the '35 to accommodate the master cylinder.

1931-47 used the same 4 speed, so the mount position should be the same on the 3 speed.

It's been stated that the pedal assembly for a 1935 !/2 ton bolts to the transmission. Is this correct or does the 1935 pedal assembly bolt only to the bellhousing or both?

It’s been a while since I worked on a mechanical brake truck, but I think it bolts to both the transmission and bellhousing.
