We're stumped, and everything I find online is installation (so I'm assuming they usually aren't intact). Any tips on how to get started? 😜

Should be the same as my '40. The bottom has 2 pegs (don't know what they are really called) in front that just press into a home position in the frame portion below. Just lift hard on the front of the seat and they will pop out and then you can lift the seat out. The back has 2 places toward the top and a foot or so inboard where a tab on the seat slides into a slot on the cab. Just lift up hard on the seat to clear the tabs. Then look for treasure!
I was just coming back to delete this. LoL Thank you! We pulled hard a few times and it separated. Almost too easy! Now we just have to get the back off.

The back rest, lifts off. Grab the bottom end of the rest, near the center and lift upward. There should be a hook shaped flat piece about 6 or so inches from each end of the seat backside that fit in to matching slots on the back of the cab.
@ Sparky - Thank you! Oddly, it was much easier than we were making it out to be. It seemed too easy to be true. LoL Fortunately the springs are all still good so I'll just have to get new foam, and recover it.

The seats come out fairly easy. Re-installation is the tricky part. One person can do it, but it’s easier with two. The back needs to be aligned perfectly with the cab back slots after alignment with the bottom cushions frame slots and the tabs on the bottom end of the seat back. Be sure to armor the seat bottom with a thick towel or similar to protect the upholstery. Remove the towel when done.
