Wouldn't be hard to make your own gasket.
I find two axle flange gasket numbers on Napa's site.
Fel-Pro FPG 55350 - a circular gasket with 8 holes (looks like a full-floating axle flange gasket for a heavier truck)
Fel-Pro FPG 4978 - a squareish gasket with 4 holes (Likely for the axle housing to brake backing plate.)

Some confusion going on I believe. 3100 should be 1/2 ton semi floating axle. Most 3/4 ton & larger use a full floating axle shaft that has a gasket between its flange and the bearing hub it is bolted to. What you are calling rear axle flange, could you mean rear axle cover, round on center rear of housing?
