I recently got my truck painted.I would like to keep original parts on it if I can. I don't want to put them back on if they can't be polished.

I have used Brasso on my 50' truck light bezels, hub caps and bumpers. Huge, huge improvement. I used 00 & 0000 steel wool . Maybe try a tiny piece on inside as a test. Good luck.

Some elbow grease with the Blue Magic will yield the same results as shown in the video link and for headlight trim and narrow moldings I find it to be as fast as mechanical polishing (approx 1 1/2 hours to polish out all four dog dish caps on my daughters '65 Rambler BUT does take more work).
