For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Jun 2006 Posts: 74 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Jun 2006 Posts: 74 | I attended the Good-Guys Colorado Rod & Custom show this past weekend and ran into an owner that stated that an 84 Chevy truck IFS will bolt on to a 56 Task Force. This was the first I've heard of it. I've read Mustang II and 1970 to 1981 Nova/Camaro front clips with 11" spindles are wonderful. Anyone have experience with installing an 1984 Chevy truck front clip? | | | | | Joined: Nov 2001 Posts: 438 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Nov 2001 Posts: 438 | skraps do a search here on the bolt as it was discussed a few months back. guy that did it had a great documentation on his website. From what i remeber he had to tak an inch or so width out on a 49-53 AD. Not sure of the difference of a 56.
