In my search for suitable front rims on my 1953 3800, I found these at etrailer.com. Dexstar Conventional Steel Wheel w/ +0.5" Offset - 16" x 6" Rim - 8 on 6-1/2 - Black Item # AM20766 They just clear the oem tie rod ends and fit well. I liked the height of the original split rims and tires, but for practical purposes I've gone with the modern stuff.

That’s what I’m running on my ‘51 GMC 9434 one ton. I used 215/85/16 tires.

In these pictures you can see the slight drop of the radials (my black GMC) vs the original rims and bias plys (Doyle’s green Chevy). They worked great for me.

I've seen very few 16" drop center rims for tubeless tires that will fit over the rear brake drums on a 3800 when running dual rear wheels. Are you still running dual wheels on the rear?

That black truck looks to have single rear wheel front hubs even though it's a dually My front hubs won't accept those rims. Were the Canadian models different for the 1 ton front hubs?

I'm not sure if the Canadian Models were different with respect to the wheels, hubs, etc. From what I've read on here, they appear to be the same. As far as the rear goes, it already had tubeless 16 inch rims on the rear - and single wheels. These would not fit on the front - I tried them and they interfered with the tie-rod ends.
