Looking to replace the pilot bearing pressed into the flywheel for a 1964 C-60. The bearing is marked ND 23205. I tried crossing this but did not come up with anything. Does anyone have a cross reference for this number?

Also, if anyone knows a part number for the flywheel ring gear that would be helpful also. Local parts houses list a ring gear for the smaller light duty 168 teeth flywheel.

Hy red450IH, I think we will need more information to help you. What engine and transmission are we dealing with, does the truck have a single or dual disc clutch?

Easy enough to count ring gear teeth. A set of vernier calipers, carefully used will get your pilot bearing info, readily available, economically priced, simple to use.

Hy red450IH, after some research I came up with some part numbers, for the flywheel ring gears, if the engine is a six cylinder one the ring gear p/n is 3702454,if the engine is an eight cylinder one then the p/n is 3737920. The pilot bearing p//n is 904983 which crosses to a Bower 205FF, I can provide Napa part number crosses if they would be more helpful to you, hope that helps.

3B, thank you for looking those up. Crossing those ring gear numbers online gives the following

3702454 changed to 3991408: 168 teeth

3737920 changed to 3991409: 197 teeth

The 3737920, 3991409 numbers cross to a Pioneer part number FRG197B

For what it’s worth my truck has a 292 six cylinder with the 197 teeth ring gear. I mention this in case others come across the same scenario. Thanks again for the help.
