hello everyone . I just had my steering box rebuilt , I was going to try to rebuild this my self until I realized I was unable to get the steering box apart . this was for a 1939 chevy 1.5 ton truck .Red Head Steering in Auburn Washington state , phone number # 1-800-808-1148 local people had recommended this company . when I took the steering box into their shop I expected them to say that is to old , I was surprised when they told me 1 to 3 days depending what it needs , they also told me when we take this apart we will call you with a final quote and time .
the people did exactly what they said and surprised how quickly it was done . if anyone has a need for this service I just wanted to share this with everyone . thank you 1pete1
