AD Chevy Trucks Over 6,000 pictures Brad Allen has an awesome collection of Chevrolet factory pictures that he has set up from film strips. Check them out!
Lots of work on Brad's part ... pure enjoyment (and references) for you!

So I have a 1940 big bolt with a 12 foot flatbed, wood bed with just an outer ring of steel.
How much approximately should it weigh? I can get classic plates for it if it’s less than 8k.

Interesting link. The curb weight would be 3665 as a can and chassis. With the 12x7.5 ft wood and steel bed it would be more. The old title stated it’s weight as 4985.
