good morning to all.

can someone please educate on this style of 1939. both claim they are woodies but why the different body style? one looks like a car (s o it has the sedan look) but the other looks like a truck

One is built on auto chassis and the other is built on 1/2 ton chassis.

The one on top is a woody suburban.
The one on bottom is a woody wagon.

Woody Suburbans were built on commercial 1/2 ton chassis, while the woody wagons were built on passenger chassis.
