| | | | Joined: Oct 2013 Posts: 97 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Oct 2013 Posts: 97 | I am looking for collective wisdom regarding the 'line' in the gel coat of my fiberglass fenders for a 46 Chevy. I have forgotten the term for that thin protrusion of gel or whatever. Should I be worried about sanding off too much and getting too deep into the fiberglass? Any tips overall on preparing the fenders for final paint?
