Saw this in a parking lot and scratched my head for a minute. Lady that owned it came by, said her brother built it. It was a built from a 1 1/2 ton truck. I thought it was pretty cool and worth sharing.

The grill is a give away to something bigger. It not a bad look, makes it definitely different. I had a guy at a car show tell me that was the beauty of old cars and trucks, just because wouldn't do it doesn't mean it's not cool. thumbs_up

A side view would have shown undersized front tires in the big fender wheel opening, unless the fenders were modified for small wheels.

Is there a technical question here??

That's a good look for that truck!

I'm pretty sure those tires would look fine in those fender holes. As I recall, the bigger trucks simply lifted the body's, and hung step aprons under the door holes.
Least that's the way my C60 was. Altho, like the truck pictured , the grill/nose was different.

Looks like a Harbor Freight parking lot. smile
