Machine shop says flywheel ring is junk and has already been flipped. They are not finding a specific listing for 1961 261. I could not find a listing either. I see alot of generic 168 tooth listings but want to make sure we get the right one the first time. Thanks!

"All flywheels from 1955-1961 are of the larger 168 tooth style." If someone has the GM part number, we could look it up in a parts book? | | | | | Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 7,440 Bolter | | Bolter Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 7,440 | According to Fort Wayne Clutch all 168 tooth flywheel rings regardless of engine size take the same ring. GM part # 3889694 maybe.
