can I do away with the hydrovac ? Are they a burger of rebuild? Or can I update with something newer?
I just finished a 1946 chevy pickup street rod
now on a 1950 chevy 3100

| | | | | Joined: Feb 2016 Posts: 1,982 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Feb 2016 Posts: 1,982 | I have a '57 two ton, I was able to rebuild the master and all six wheel cylinders. I replaced every steel and rubber line and bypassed the hydro-vac due to internal brake fluid leaks. I have no problem stopping the truck even when loaded with hay, not the heaviest load I agree but I'm happy with it as is.
