Now I am having second thoughts on taking that tweed off the door panels, they were a little rougher then I thought they were and was hoping to have them painted and installed before sunday but I do not think that is going to happen now.

I have a pair of 47 to 54 armrests coming and will see if I can make them work.

What color on the arm rests? I had my interior guy match the bench seat he did for me. He also matched the sun visors.
*** Yea Red would make it pop!

Armrests are brown that kind of matches the brown I have but I am thinking on redoing them in the red since there is plenty of brown on the door panels.

I need help! My 46 Chevy 1/2 ton hasn't been on the road since 1976. I hauled it to my brother-in-law, who was going to do a frame-off restoration for me, but I didn't take pictures or examine it thoroughly to reinforce my memory. He completely dismantled it and managed to complete the chassis work before a medical issue put a stop to his efforts. I have to put the rest of the puzzle together, which I don't mind, but I need to know if the interiors of these trucks were completely one color from the factory. The cab and fenders have been returned to the Brewster Green and Black. The dash and interior door panels were hammer-tone beige, but I can't remember if the entire inside of the cab was originally beige, or brown to match the seat. I would appreciate any directions on this point.

I do not know how the 46 was but on a 37 everything was brown so I presume on the 46 its all supposed to be beige.

Thank you Shop Shark! I was leaning that direction, just needed a bit more impetus.
