Thank you. // How were they originally painted ? The rear was painted White then front pieces were painted and riveted on? Thank you all.
Besides the screws on the outer ends, the front grille bars are also riveted to the rear bars. Rear bars are riveted to the vertical supports as well. Grille pic

i'm glad i used 10-32 hex bolts and nuts redoing mine. It was damaged and couple those bars were off/on a couple times to get right. Magnet socket and needle nose a must.
