After a couple of attempts in adjusting I noticed the screw was not at the same height as the other ones. So I had the shop that did the rebuild look at it and they found this screw from the rocker arm. It should look like this Screw. Note: the last picture is not from the rebuilt engine. Runs smooth & strong now.
