Anyone know of a suppier for this item. I have had no luck finding one and will DIY it if I must, but would prefer to find a patch that matches the curves.

There's not that much compound curvature there, and it would be pretty easy to match with just a bit of forming. Or you could check around to see if someone has a 47 cab that could cut a chunk out of for you. I have a BTS (beat-to-.....) right front fender that I hung on to as material for patches. I would bet that a piece of that would be pretty close to matching the curvature at the fuel opening.
