We will be doing it again August 18th 2018
We had a great turnout in 2017 and will be having another great time at Gabfest 2018 at the Wisconsin Auto Museum in Hartford WI.
Pretty much the same as last year but we are always trying to improve so suggestions are welcome. We need to keep it simple as time and manpower are limited. Randy and I will be posting as time goes on to keep everyone informed.

Thank You, Wally

We had over 50 trucks registered and others came and went. We had a lot of people that came to check us out. Some very interesting vehicles showed up. Come on down this year.

Round three of the Midwest Gabfest in Hartford ,WI. Last year we had a great turnout, over 50 trucks registered. We met a lot of cool people and saw a bunch of cool trucks. Let's do it again.

We are holding an informal (no fees, no trophies) gathering on August 18th, at the Wisconsin Automotive Museum in Hartford, WI.

Here is a chance to meet face-to-face with other vintage Chevrolet and GMC truck owners around our Great Lakes region (or farther!) to make new friends, exchange information, and to check out vintage trucks!

You don’t have to have a show quality truck to enjoy the fun. We welcome GM trucks of all shapes and sizes (unrestored stock, restored, street rods, daily drivers, etc.).

Just bring your truck and join the fun! Is your project still not on the road? Bring it on a trailer if you like ... or just bring some pictures of your pride and joy. If you have a few extra parts bring them along, maybe someone can use them but please don't bring a load. NOT A FULL FLEDGED SWAP MEET.

Come and make some connections with other truck owners and pick up some tips and tricks!

A local drive in restaurant will be at the event supplying food and ice cream. A few local restoration shops will have something there to look at.

When you’re here, spend some time checking out the Wisconsin Automotive Museum, home of the Kissel Kar (built in Hartford from 1906 to 1931), and the Southeastern Wisconsin Short Track Hall of Fame (celebrating local stock car racing history). Discounted museum admission for Stovebolters!

The Hartford Auto Museum is a great venue. Also it is located in downtown Hartford which has great little shops and restaurants for the whole family to enjoy.
Camping and Pike lake are also nearby.

Come on and join us - with or without a truck!

August 18th, 2018 (9 am to 3 pm)
Wisconsin Automotive Museum
Parking Lot -- Look for the Stovebolt flag
147 North Rural Street
Hartford, WI

The more trucks we gather together the better. Bring your projects, we want to see them all.
