Any chance anyone has a picture of an original jack mounted in a 55-59 3100 truck?

I have the base plate and spring that holds the jack in place but I believe there are a few other brackets that are used to mount the handle and I can not find a picture of where they go.

Thanks

see the assembly manual, sect 14 sheet 15 - only bracket is the one for the jack - handle lays on the fuel tank
