Looking to move my spare to under the bed on my '54 3100. What have you done to accomplish this?
Does not have to be original, just looking for a way to do it.

Thanks!

The easiest way would be to find a stock/standard 1954 light truck under-bed spare tire carrier, by placing a Want Ad in the Stovebolt.com Swap Meet.

I ordered modern pickup cable under bed winch Assembly and welded/bolted it up to the top side of the frame on my 54-3800. Works fine

I've been searching for an original spare tire carrier for my '47 for quite a while without any success. What modern assembly did you purchase? How about some pics of the installation?

Thanks,
