Hi All, I'm looking for 1/2 " weatherstrip for doors on my '49 3100. Price from 2 places I found is $4.80 ft. Looking to spend a bit less. Any resources you might have would be appreciated. Thanx, Jack

Call Classic parts, or Patricks. The part # 03-011 for 47-61 Door Rubber Seal, it's glue on. This is the only version that is narrow and it fits and cost was around 20.00 US.
I bought the 03-011 and it is the bigger rubber not the smaller 1/2" stuff. I am not happy with the bigger stuff on my 53 and will probably be removing the doors and doing it again with the smaller stuff from the Filling Station. The first door seal I ordered came from Counter Part I could not even close with slamming the door! I called Patricks they were sold out and was told they got it from Classic. I ordered the seal from Classic, it's less than 1/2" on the bottom glue edge, just over 3/4" on the long tounge side, just over 1/2" on the short side and just over 3/4" across the top when compressed I can very easy compress to 1/4". As I was told by Carrie at Classic Ph # 1 816 741-8029 ( I was told by the first person I talked to at Classic that they were all the same! Carrie was away I'm glad I waited and called back to talk to her) they were the only one who carries the correct fitting seal for the narrow gap door. My 1950 1 Ton doors now close with a easy push outside or pull from the inside and has a very nice sounding thunk! We are in another round of snow and cold but I will take a couple of pictures and get on here asap. I hope you find the one from The Filling Station fits and you are happy with the results.

Top and original I posted a couple of days ago is from Classic Part # 03-011 as listed on my invoice.This one will compress nicely to seal but the tongue is also long enough to seal if the door is not in perfect alignment! Bottom is the one I ordered from The Old Car Centre in Langley B.C. Part # is CT47-20530 it was from Counterpart. I don't know if this is the same profile as the one from the Filling Station.

Looking at the two pics, the measurement which really matters for easy door closure is the distance from the bottom, to the valley at the center of the top surface. That distance for the top pic looks to be 1/8 inch shorter than the bottom pic. 1/8 inch can make a huge difference.
