Here\'s one side and here\'s the other side. The inside looks way worse but I didn't take a photo of that. Is there any patch panels available to repair something like this? Thanks! My 61 has the same issue. Me not being a metal fabricator I would surely like to know if these are available. It seems one can get other stuff like doors and sills from the normal guys but not these. Anyone? | | | | | Joined: Dec 2006 Posts: 443 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Dec 2006 Posts: 443 | My 57 3200 had the same problem only worse. I couldn't find anywhere to get patch panels for this so I bought a used roof from JIMBO59CHEV in the swap meet forum. He sold it for a good price and it was a very good panel. Other than getting a used roof or making your own patch, I think you are stuck. If someone knows where to get a repair panel jump in here, but I couldn't find one. 1957 Chevrolet 1/2-ton Stepside LB in the Gallery My Photobucket shots The person who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself." - John Stuart Mill (1806 - 1873) | | | | | Joined: Mar 2007 Posts: 2 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Mar 2007 Posts: 2 | I have a 58 and she suffers the same damage...from what I also have heard you just have to bite the bullet and find a good doner truck roof...looks like a lot of fun.

I'll begin my search for a decent cab.
Maybe I can do the big back window swap while I'm at it? I'm a sucker for punishment.
