However, it’s in the same spot as my other 302 head which is a 2193983 and date code of D154.
Wondering if it is a Canadian produced head or off a military produced head.

The NE292 code means this... the ‘N’ means it’s a military built head which has a higher NICHOL content than the civilian built head and the deck is .010 of an inch higher. The E 292 is May 29, 1952.

Glad to hear it since I have one and a newly rebuilt valve train for it. Hope I never need it! Lol
