For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Oct 2012 Posts: 130 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Oct 2012 Posts: 130 | Looking for input on tube shocks - front and back- for a 49-3100 stock suspension and 15" wheels. Front shocks have been converted to tube type and angle forward about 15-20 degree. I would appreciate make and part numbers. Thanks

There should be a part # on them. You may need to clean them off but it is normally near the bottom of the tube. | | | | | Joined: Apr 2008 Posts: 899 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Apr 2008 Posts: 899 | 1950 used tube shocks, you should be able to get P/Ns on line or at flaps. Maybe can find brackets to convert to tube shocks from one of the classic truck businesses.
