I have a 56, 3100 with the fender cut out for a spare wheel to fit in.The spare wheel mount is missing, theres a hole where I think it fits.Anyone have pictures of the missing parts and could I make a replacement rather than buy one as there about as easy to find as chickens teeth here in the UK.

Go to 'Tech Tips' and you will find instructions on making (replicating?) the fender mounted spare brackets for your 56 3100. Note that 3200 brackets will not work on the 3100.
Many and maybe most of those brackets were removed and discarded by previous owners after ripping up body parts, clothes, jackets and coats for the N'th time!!
Your 56 should be the same as the 58 shown in that Tech Tip.
