Wondering which transmission cover plate to use for a T5 conversion , or will the 4 speed cover be the best fit? On a 1956, 3100. Just trying to get all my parts together before start.

Charles | | | | | Joined: Oct 2016 Posts: 916 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Oct 2016 Posts: 916 | Not sure about your '56, but I found that a column shift cover (no shifter hole) worked best for my '50 3600 with T5 conversion. All I had to do was cut the hole for the shifter.
