Not quite sure if my Pro-mig 135 welder will work on welding stainless steel with the NR-211-MP .035" wire? Thank you.

That's mild steel wire, so NO, don't use it for stainless steel. The user's manual talks about an aluminum and stainless kit for those materials.

that would also depend on what stainless you want to weld
you can get stainless mig wire but it won't be as nice and clean like when you use a tig
