I think you and I have swapped emails before but I can't find your email address. After a 40+ year search I finally found a '34-'36 Chevy/GMC truck upper fan shroud 1/2 to complete the fan shroud for my '36. You might find it interesting to see what it looks like installed.
This forum seems to have mostly 1950s era trucks from rural areas. The rural part is not surprising because most city dwellers don't have room to store big trucks.
Even though I've had my '36 since 1965 I'm still finding little projects to do on it. The fan shroud is an example. Another example is replacing the lower radiator hose metal elbow. I just found an inexpensive source for that elbow in stainless steel that will prevent the unsightly rust from coming back.
It would also be nice to find a gas tank with no leaks or dents but as my wife says "People in hell want ice water". I'll probably end up making a gas tank.

As you know, I have a 1935 pickup. I have most of the back woodwork done now and I am starting on the floor and pillars. I have been keeping my eye out for a gas tank for you, no luck. Lots of plastic ones and some metal ones that do not look anything like and original.
