Cab and front are in great condition but the frame and bed are bad. If you're pretty good with a pencil and a welder, adapting the body and bed to an S-10 frame isn't terribly difficult, and the running gear will be 50+ years newer with parts much more available. IIRC, the S-10 frame length can be adjusted by cutting away a few welds and sliding the front and rear sections in and out to achieve the desired wheelbase. Have fun!
