Did you mean to say reassemble?
Have you put the door weather strip on the doors yet? I would do that before installing the doors on the truck as long as the doors have already been fitted to the cab previously.
If you are just installing the guts back in the door which just came back from the paint shop, I would do that on the truck. The doors are heavy and unwieldy with all of the guts in them.
