I've got a 53 5-window that is street rodded. With a GM tilt column and LEDs all around. My problem is: signals work fine, but when i turn parking lights or headlights on the signals just lite up, don't blink. Anybody out there have this problem before?

Try putting in a Heavy Duty flasher.

A top quality electronic flasher should solve your problem.
