Disassembling the '51 is a good time to think ahead to the reassembly.
What have any of you done to reproduce the various pieces of rubber fender steps?
Found cut and glue rubber? Spray on material like bed liner(a little tough on the upper curved fender piece)?

Jim Carter Antique Truck parts, was at one time having the fender, and step pads reproduced.
