hey guys. I have a motorhome diff im putting in my coe. at first i spun the tire and figured just over 2 turns. didnt seem right. i checked my other parts diff. same thing. they are both p37 class a 1 ton diffs (14 bolt). so i cleaned the axle and got the stampings
KMM G 2 ? 67
i pulled the cover and the ring gear is clearly stamped 209
1 CA 3977334 10 41 8 73
has anyone heard of such a beast and what would one do for a speedo gear?

The 10 and 41 in that number sequence is going to be the tooth count, for a 4.10:1 ratio. The 8 73 should be the date of manufacture. Try counting the teeth instead of trying to interpret the stamped numbers.

If only one wheel turned in your counting turns method it'll seem like ratio is 2X as fast as it actually is. Again you're looking at 4:10.
