PROBLEM SOLVED!!!,I went to Canadian Tire (similar to Tractor Supply?) and found some late model Chrysler door pins, way overpriced, brought them home and shortened 2 of them. Drilled out the hinges to 23/64, no go...way too tight. So today I went to a machine tool supply shop and bought a 9.4mm bit and drilled them again, a little snug but the knurls bit in nice and I think once broken in they will ease up a little. So with the price of the pins at $19.98,a bit that didn't work $6.99, a bit that did work $16.75 and a 6 pack of beer while thinking about how to solve the dilemma the total cost was around $50 for rebuilt barn door hinges.....ouch, but the smile on my face and the beer buzz was worth it!!
