Anyone know of a source to get the clips that hold the stainless window trims on a barn door suburban?

Hello, Phillip,

I do not have a part number, or even a photo, of that clip.

However, I dimly recall that Restoration Specialities sells a similar clip. If you have a sample clip, send it to them. They will check for a matching clip.

Good luck,

Google "Body Shop Supplies" should find something there.

This is like a clip I have never seen before. Been in the Auto body business 22 years and none of my suppliers have anything for it. Restoration Supply company is great but they don't have it. I might have to make one. Was hoping this clip transfered over to another GM vehicle that might make the search more fruitful.

Here is little album I put together this morning. I might have another molding in storage with more clips and will update this weekend. Take a look guys and see if this sparks anything in the memory bank.

Thanks,

Did you try Auveco? Pages 691-693 are universal fasteners, but other sections of their 800 page catalog may have what you need.

Needless to say, Phillip: please post the source and part number, if you find a clip that works.

Good luck, and thanks for the topic.
