Howdy all. I'm keeping my 59 Burb bumpers, grill and headlight rims white. i'm looking to powder coat them.

My question: what is the stock "white" color??

Anyone know?

Thanks!! Maddog Moody

They don't make it in powder.
Pick one you like and go with it.

My coatings experience suggests that you do not powder coat these pieces. The reason is that once chipped (and they will get stone chipped), you won't be able to fix them.

Bombay Ivory in a single stage or BC/CC will be far cheaper, shinier, easier to fix and/or repaint if you feel you need to.

Powder coat is not what you should put on the front in my opinion.

Here's a random post on the www I found for you. powder coat failure on bumper
