I found this on a "Facebook" page, and had to Share. truck looks Factory,But Front Sheetmetal looks like a GMC 650 and 860 were grafted, along with an International/Diamond T Cab,of that era! https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=1346090758734331&set=gm.1099802083472255&type=3

just "Googled" Sicard,The name in place of GMC. Truck was built in Canada,in '63. Used '58 GMC 650 Front Sheetmetal,(But 860 Fenders)?? IHC/Diamond T '55-'66 Cab. Equipped with 250 Cummins. 10 speed Fuller. hard to imagine seeing/hearing one of these with a Cummins

I don't recall the whole story about that shared cab or who actually made it but there are other truck makes to add to the list of those that used it, Hendrickson and Dodge comes to mind. Possibly Oshkosh, FWD, Cline, and others?
Might have been an article in the Wheels Of Time magazine on the subject, I'll do some searching.

Cab was designed by Diamond T,built by IHC,in Chicago. Cab was used by several other manufacturers as well,as Grigg pointed out. I drove a '65 IHC R190 with that cab design.
