What are the safe lift points to use when raising an AD truck with a 2-post lift? Anywhere on the frame? Anyplace to avoid (beside the obvious: fuel lines, brake lines, etc.)? Thanks!

You pretty much got it. Any place rear of the front spring and front of the rear spring. No problem on pickups. Long wheelbase trucks (1 ton and up) pay attention to the balance point of the lift.
