I CANT FIND A DECENT PIC ONLINE TO SEE WHAT I AM ORDERING BEFORE I ORDER. I TRIED TO GET ONE OF MY ORIGINALS RECHROMED BUT THEY ALWAYS TELL ME THAT THE CORES THAT I HAVE SENT ARENOT GOOD ENOUGH. I WANT THE GROOVED BUMPER NOT THE SMOOTH ONES THAT WERE ON THE 1946 TRUCKS. | | | | | Joined: Jun 2014 Posts: 152 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jun 2014 Posts: 152 | see my post on chromed repros.....

I had tried to get some of my other parts truck bumpers rechromed but was told they were not good enough to be chromed and polished on both sides. I took the original off that I had painted 20 years ago and sent that in to Keystone. I have to say it was worth the wait to get a good one done. The bumper came back and it looks awesome. It was worth the $421.00 to get it done. | | | | | Joined: Feb 2004 Posts: 80 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Feb 2004 Posts: 80 | Where did you get it rechromed?
