Will the repro lower back of front fender patch panels work on the 1.5 ton or just the 1/2 thru 1 ton? Thx.

I would say that the patch panel for the smaller trucks would be a good starting point. Depending on what you need to patch (mounting to cab or lower rear wheel arch), you may be fine with it. If you need to repair the entire rear section you may have to splice in a piece of metal in the middle to accommodate the wider fender.
I've run across quite a few "big bolt" fenders in my short time of scrounging. You may be able to find a complete replacement in better shape than yours.

I would have been basically using $60 worth of steel that I would have to reshape anyway.
