Hello !
My truck lacks the complete rear cabin wall

It is a 1953 Chevy 1300/3100 Pickup and was converted to a station wagon.
I need the complete wall from behind the doors/ from bottom to the roof.
What is the best way to replace it ?
Does anybody has this part for me or knows a dismantler or other adresss ?

Leontine. Welcome to the stove bolt. thats an intresting looking little chevrolet truck youve got there. Am curious is the body that you took off common. I was trying to determin if that was a suburban body originaly and if it had modifications to the rear of the roof, was it an ambulance or what. I was looking at the cab roof line and wondering if it would match a regular cab roof line. I think if I were in your situation I would try to find another 3100 chevy truck 1949 thru 1953 to look at and compare the way the cab is mounted do some measuring make comparisons and try to determine if I needed to replace the whole cab, or try to install a rear pannel.......Ronnie

Very interesting truck/suburban/whatever. Although nothing is impossible, I think replacing the back of your cab would come as close as anything I have seen. If you can find a donor cab and attempt this, be sure to keep us posted. I would love to see your progress. Is that Michael Jacksons' glove hanging on your outside mirror? Did you hit him in a crosswalk.

What you want to do is probably a bit much to tackle. If you want to make that back into a regular cab the easiest way is to buy a complete cab here in the states and have it shipped to Hamburg in a container. I replaced the rear panel on my cab but that was only below the belt line. I would not attempt a complete rear panel transplant as you are advocating.
