I saw a '34 G.M.C. C.O.E. last night,on a different site. The New Owner's name is Brandon Fletcher. He registered last night, around Midnight. The only thing G.M.C.on this truck is the cab. It was retro-fitted with a later Mack Frame,off-road Mack style double reduction rears,Duplex Mack Transmissions, and an old White flathead six! He's planning on changing out the drivetrain for G.M. Diesel Power, and possibly an Allison automatic. Whomever upgraded this truck, made it for some serious off-road duty! With the length of the frame,it would make a GREAT Roll-Back! Keep an eye out for this one,Spanky! Here's a link to a preview...https://www.facebook.com/groups/WhiteMotorTrucks/

Not very many Heavy Duty COE's, that model, and year left. | | | | Joined: Nov 2010 Posts: 1,159 Shop Shark | Shop Shark Joined: Nov 2010 Posts: 1,159 | Truck was originally single axle 2-ton. if it was upgraded in that era,it probably would've had a Truckstell unit,(tag axle) installed. The New owner still has the Build spec's. I'm glad that whomever owned the truck, upgraded it like he did, otherwise it may have met its demise long ago. I'm Glad the New owner is planning on switching the truck back to G.M. small v-6 Diesel, and Maybe an Allison Automatic?? | | | | Joined: Aug 2016 Posts: 3 New Guy | New Guy Joined: Aug 2016 Posts: 3 | thanks for leading me to this site wetwilly im currently working on uploading the pictures to the gallery, still trying to figure out this whole page! | | | | Joined: Dec 2015 Posts: 2,061 Big Bolt Forum Moderator | Big Bolt Forum Moderator Joined: Dec 2015 Posts: 2,061 | Welcome to the site, Brandon! I'm a bit west of you (ok, a couple hours). You can't actually add pictures to this site, but you put links to your pictures on a photo hosting site like Photobucket. If you go in the welcome forum on this site, there is a sticky post (2nd or 3rd down I think) on how to post pictures. | | | | Joined: Dec 2002 Posts: 2,538 'Bolter | 'Bolter Joined: Dec 2002 Posts: 2,538 | Those '33-'36 "T" series Heavy Duty COE's were rated Heavier than 2 ton. The 1 1/2 ton, & 2 ton GMC Medium Duty COE's didn't hit the assembly line until 1937. | | | | Joined: Nov 2010 Posts: 1,159 Shop Shark | Shop Shark Joined: Nov 2010 Posts: 1,159 | Brandon has pic's in the "Gallery". | | |
