Bolters-
I'm in search of inner fender (2) and core support grommets (2) for my '59 1/2 ton. I'm not looking for the mounting grommets to the cab or frame as those are sold everywhere but the grommets i need are for running the park lamp wires through the radiator support and the head light wires through the inner fenders. Holes in metal seem to be 7/8". any source out there or thoughts? I've seen them for 55-57, but not for 58-59.

thx

porky, there isn't a 'grommet' for the park light wires there, the holes are to fit the factory wire ends as seen on this repro light assembly - a mating end on the wire harness plugs into that .... can't recall if the headlight wires are the same [and sold my 58 so can't look smile ]

are yours missing, or just want to replace them? Are they the same ones as shown on the end of the park light assy in the link Bill posted?

Mike and Bill-
Ding Ding Ding. Yes, now i get it. I'm restoring my '59 and i do have the original parklamps that have the rubber "boot" at the end and i never thought the wire stretched that far to mount the end into the radiator holes, but apparently they do which makes sense.

what's the deal then with the inner fender holes too? i believe the headlamps just have terminals and do not have affixed wires.

harness for the headlights pretty much use the same connectors at the inner fenders as the parking lights. Are yours all missing?

Grounds for the headlights are tied together from the headlights and grounded right behind the headlight buckets.

There is a flat grommet that goes in the hole centered right behind the headlights. It has 2 wires going through it (hi and lo beam). Those wires go through the inner fender and have the same rubber end that the parking light assy does.
