I am replacing my inner fenders and got a kit which includes the paper gaskets as well as the anti squeak foam. I have a factory manual but for the life of me can't figure out where the foam actually goes. Does anyone have ant advise or better yet pictures? It fills the gap between the two fenders near the top of the front fender brace. If your using original fenders then you should have staples or staple holes to help guide you. It takes a regular 1/2" house insulation staple. I also saw there was a reference to a foam piece towards the back, any ideas on that one? The 47 and 48 with floor hand brake has a longer inner fender on the left side and use a D shaped plate there, 48 up with a foot parking brake has a Upside Down L shaped plate
I loaded another picture in that link above that shows the seals better Yellow arrows are seals and blue is the gasket
