The clutch is slipping in my 1951 1 ton. It's got the 9 hole 10.75 clutch which is no longer made. I know I can send away my clutch disk for relining, but I dont want to pay the price and have the truck sitting apart wile i wait.

Do any of you guys know if an 11" X 1-1/8" X 10 spline clutch disk from a 70's Chevy pickup would work? I have heard people say it might, as well as a 10.5 clutch disk. Have any of you tried it? What part did you use?

Thanks

One can always redrill pressure plate mounting holes in a flywheel, if there is enough room.

Could put it together and see how it fits.

Might measure diameter of pressure plate, it should larger or equal to clutch disc if I'm thinking right.
